SRX21655327: DNA-Seq of Hyposmocoma

Design: For H. kahamanoa, high molecular genomic DNA was extracted from the head and thorax and sequencing libraries were prepared using the SMRTbell Express Template Prep. Kit 2.0 (PacBio, Menlo Park, CA, USA) following the ultra-low protocol. The library was sequenced on a single 8M SMRTcells in ccs (circular consensus sequencing) mode with 30-hour movie times using the PacBio Sequel II system.
